1986
I was born on August 14, 1986, in Ostrów Mazowiecka.
Sport · Business · History
Weightlifter and multiple Polish champion, marathon runner, and for more than a decade an entrepreneur building global sports equipment brands - from Quincy and Champions Ladder to IVE Outdoor and iGreenMill. The products I created have reached more than 120 countries on six continents. This is my story.

I was born on August 14, 1986, in Ostrów Mazowiecka.
In those years I won dozens of national competitions, becoming a multiple Polish champion and record holder in weightlifting. At national competitions in Poland I never won any medal other than gold.
I won bronze medals in the total and the clean & jerk at the European Junior Weightlifting Championships.
I won the bronze medal in the clean & jerk at the World Junior Weightlifting Championships.
I won the gold medal in the clean & jerk and the bronze medal in the total at the European Junior Weightlifting Championships.

I set a record with a 240 kg clean & jerk, becoming the youngest Pole ever to do so:
Creation of the Quincy brand: www.quincysport.com
Creation of the world’s first “functional training rig” - the Clock brand: www.quincysport.com/clock
Before this product no competing product existed - it was only on the wave of its success that a large functional training rig industry emerged, and we were unquestionably its pioneer.
2014 was a breakthrough year - we achieved high revenue and strong profits. External investors joined the company, and its structure grew considerably.
That year I donated around PLN 400,000 of my own funds to charity - including one of the largest donations to the WOŚP charity - while promoting my new foundation. Below is an interview on the subject:
Unfortunately, it was also a year that cast a harsh shadow over my later business story. Two weeks after the interview aired, revealing our large cash flow, two employees formed an alliance (it lasted six months) aimed at sabotaging our company and taking over our clients.
In this period the company was still doing fairly well - we exhibited at FIBO, the world’s largest trade show, and at IHRSA, the largest in the USA. Meanwhile the sabotage continued, and the company was slowly losing strength.
The worst three months after the sabotage - the company’s collapse.
That month one of our creditors called asking about our planned payments and, hearing the story of the sabotage, offered cooperation and help in creating a new brand - that is how Champions Ladder was born: www.championsladder.com
Today Champions Ladder is the most valuable part of the group and attracts enormous business interest - and the person who reached out to help me back then is still my business partner, holding a large share in the Champions Ladder product.
This was a year of recovery after the sabotage, but also of major growth of the brand’s global image thanks to the exclusive sponsorship of the strongest man in the history of weightlifting - Lasha Talakhadze. On top of that, Lasha won the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
Creation of the Rehabilitation Circle brand: www.rehabilitationcircle.com
The Rehabilitation Circle is a device created in collaboration with a professor of the University of Wuppertal, who spent 14 years researching ways to reduce the cost of caring for the elderly in German nursing homes. Beyond that purpose, the device also performs superbly in rehabilitation centres around the world.
Creation of the iChampion app and the 3D VOD training system for the Champions Ladder product.
Creation of the Basket Bullet brand: www.basketbullet.com
Creation of the Aquatic Ecosystem brand: www.aquatic-ecosystem.com
The pandemic and lockdowns cut global fitness industry sales by 95%. Despite such drastic declines across the industry, our company increased its revenue, which allowed me to create another global brand - this time in the new outdoor strength training industry. The Ive Outdoor brand: www.iveoutdoor.com
Further development of the Ive Outdoor brand and expansion of the product range.
That year Ive Outdoor products were sold to more than 25 countries - even though the products were still in the pre-sale phase.
Creation of the iGreenMill brand: www.igreenmill.com
That year Ive Outdoor became the clear leader of the global outdoor market - we beat every major competitor, including on their home markets.
This year brought very strong revenue growth in every company - in the sports industry as well as in construction.
2023 also saw further growth of the Ive Outdoor portfolio, which today counts 25 devices.
Growth of the iGreen family. Our flagship product, enjoying great renown and recognition, evolved into the comprehensive iGreenFamily ecosystem. The acclaimed iGreenMill was joined by new products: iGreenWave and iGreenBike. We thus created a complete family of the most popular Cardio Outdoor products, setting new standards in outdoor training technology.

A breakthrough acquisition on the global market. The Polish company Ive Outdoor acquired the Queenax brand from the American Precor group (a subsidiary of Peloton Interactive, listed on NASDAQ). Queenax is one of the most respected fitness brands in the world, known for its innovative modular rigs and Italian design. Over the past 12 years the brand generated impressive revenue exceeding 270 million dollars. Through this transaction we took over the full asset package, including know-how and patents in key markets such as the USA, China, Australia, India and Japan.

We are making fitness history. We opened the world’s first professional outdoor fitness club, located at the PGE Narodowy stadium in Warsaw. The project, delivered in cooperation with Benefit Systems, redefines training infrastructure and brings indoor-club quality into the open air. It is the first step on our way to building 1,000 similar training zones around the world.

Puls Biznesu, Poland’s largest business daily, covered the dynamic growth of our capital group at length. The article appeared on the front page of the print edition and online, highlighting our growing market position. The editors paid particular attention to the spectacular, projected sevenfold revenue growth and to our expansion strategy, whose key element was the acquisition of a global brand from a NASDAQ-listed company.

The Quincy Sport functional equipment concept was created in 2011 and combines passion, technology and a unique product style. Thanks to this synthesis, our products are available in 120 countries worldwide. The Quincy Sport team includes Olympic medallists eager to share their years of experience with users.
These product lines are designed to meet the needs of professionals as well as people just starting their functional training journey. According to research carried out in sports facilities, only 2% of people were able to perform the exercises dedicated to other functional rigs on the market. Let’s be honest… What percentage of the people you know can perform 10 different pull-up bar exercises? Quincy Sport focused on the remaining 98% and dedicated hundreds of low- and medium-difficulty exercises to this broad group - all without compromising anything for professional athletes.
All our equipment is optimised for individual, circuit and group training. An additional goal of the project was to let users configure all of it individually, taking into account their preferences and the space available in the gym. The result is more than 1,000 individually tailored equipment configurations sharing one common trait - unmatched functionality.

Basket Bullet balls have been created for people who are inspired by the lives of athletes. In reference to the unique design, we wanted to create a product that will stand out from the market. Our project was heavily focused on the style inspired by the NBA league.
Finding quality, clarifying the details, and taking care of copying the invoice and the appearance of the balls, were developed over three years to find the ideal ready for production.
Wanting to meet the broad market and also want to create something innovative, we want to give the ball a soul that, caught in our hands, puts us in consternation - are we holding a basketball, or is it really a medicine ball?
122 Labs - we are a technology company created in honour of Jeanne Calment, who died in 1997, at the age of 122 years.
Our team’s mission is to change the world so that living until the age of 122 will not be something unusual, and the entire ageing process will be based on Cognition, Mobility and Vitality. We are convinced that the tools which we provide to doctors will significantly increase the average life expectancy in the world and will completely change the lives of millions of elderly people. We believe that thanks to our efforts, the prevention of geriatric diseases, their diagnosis and treatment will reach an unprecedented level.
Jeanne Calment - The longest living person whose age was officially confirmed was Jeanne Calment (1875-1997) from France, who survived 122 years and 164 days. When she was one year old, Alexander Graham Bell patented the phone, and when she was 14 years old, the Eiffel Tower was built. Since her childhood, up to the age of 115, she always played sports, and later still maintained regular physical activity. She swam, played tennis, roller-skated, at the age of 80 she began to train fencing, and after reaching 100 years she cycled…
What is an Jurassic Gyms? It’s a modern outdoor gym with unique IVE training devices.
Sports equipment experts describe Jurassic Gyms as the gym of the future: essential for the health and life of entire societies in both these current pandemic and the eventual post-pandemic times.
The pandemic has caused enormous health problems, not only during, but also after the lockdowns, as people first stopped doing physical activity in closed spaces, afraid of potential infections and then simply fell out of the habit of regular training. The average number of people training in fitness clubs worldwide has decreased by 60%, and the industry predicts that this trend will continue throughout the pandemic.
The declining health level of the population combined with a significant increase in average weight can only be countered by providing the largest possible group of recipients with effective training alternatives. The Jurassic Gyms initiative will definitely reverse these terrifying health trends and will help improve the health of every local community.
The Jurassic Gym initiative will also take care of the youngest group in our communities, i.e. children and teens aged 13-18. Jurassic Gyms will give this group access to full-value sports training and will help build healthy behavior patterns for the future.
